Washing Routine

To get healthy hair one shouldn’t wash them daily. They should be washed only two to three times a week. If you wash them every day the hair's natural oils that are designed to protect and condition the hair naturally will wash off. You can also get rid of oily routine by just rinsing them instead of washing them daily because shampoos aren't chemical free. You should always wash them with cold water.

Washing with hot water may lead to split ends. This method also make your hair grow faster.


Wet Hair Dealing

Wet hair is very fragile and they may break. Be careful while shampooing them and don’t be too harsh. Never brush wet hair because this may damage them and break them too. A wide-toothed comb can help you make wet hair tangle free. You should pat hair while drying them instead of rubbing. Watch out for volume hair.


A moisturizing conditioner is good to keep them healthy and should be used after shampooing. This makes the hair less frizzy. Conditioning should be done the right way and never should be applied on the scalp because this may make the scalp oily. Devices such as hair dryer, straightener, curling iron and heat rollers should only be used on special occasions because they cause a lot of damage to hair. Drying with hair dryer seems to be a good idea and would dry fast too but this would cause the most damage. And using some kind of heat treatment sprays or protective serums is also a good idea before using these devices.

Eating healthy will make your hair grow healthy and shiny. Food rich in nutrients like minerals, iron and protein is good for hair.
